As a full service marketing agency, your role will be multifaceted with responsibilities in a number of different areas … primarily SEM/PPC account management. This job requires statistical data analysis, reporting and creative campaign optimizations.
You will be expected to manage client advertising campaigns, optimize existing accounts to increase profitability, create, write and design content on a case-by-case basis and ensure all projects under your purview are completed on time and with the utmost professionalism and quality.
Above and beyond technical skill and industry experience, we’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, passionate and eager to go above and beyond the call of duty. Your responsibilities include:
- Analyzing data to understand past results and improve future results
- Managing complex PPC (AdWords / Bing) in a broad range of industries
- Managing Google shopping campaigns and Merchant Center product feeds
- Calculating investment returns using a variety of formulas and KPI’s
- Using tools like Excel to analyze PPC and analytics data in a more detailed way
- Reading and researching client industries to gain an understanding of their business
- Reporting to clients and to team members
- Regular client communication via phone and email

Our Sales manager is an employee holding on-line meetings with companies from all the world (mostely the US/Canada region).
Responsibilities:
- Inbound leads only;
- Actively managing the sales process: pitching new clients; negotiations; getting agreements signed; handover the deal;
- Set the foundation for a long lasting relationship with the client;
- Communicate with clients using emails, voice and video calls;
- Create and manage sales pipeline;
- Manage your work using a CRM system;
- Create and manage forecast for new sales and explore business opportunities;

Position Overview:
As the Head of Public Relations at NinjaPromo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and reputation of some of the most exciting and innovative Web3 projects in the industry. You will lead a team of PR professionals, develop strategic PR campaigns, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure our clients’ stories are told effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing PR Department: Design and build the PR department from the ground up, including defining roles, responsibilities, workflows, and processes necessary to operate a highly effective and efficient PR function
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of PR professionals (2+ specialists), providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to help them excel in their roles. - Strategic PR Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with our clients’ goals, ensuring maximum visibility and positive impact.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets in the Web3 and cryptocurrency space to secure high-impact media coverage for our clients.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of press releases, articles, blog posts, and other PR materials to effectively convey our clients’ messages to the public.
